Since the powder room is usually the smallest room in the house, it can sometimes be overlooked during construction or be a low priority for decorating. However, it is a place you and your guests will continuously be visiting, making details in this small space very important. This powder room renovation features interesting textures, reflective finishes, clean surfaces, and a lot of details.
Here is the before image. The space feels small and a little dated – not very interesting.
This grasscloth wallpaper adds texture and warmth to the powder room. Also, the rich color is a nice contrast with the white marble counters and floor. The custom, shaped backsplash gives the vanity a furniture like quality.
The tile floor design is one of my favorites! It is a mix of a traditional basket weave tile with a Greek key border creating interest in every corner of the room.
The polished nickel finishes add a luxurious touch to this warm space.
Thanks to Randall Smith Construction for their great attention to detail on this renovation!
